Humus Tomato Spinach Lasagne





Ingredients:
  • normal pasta (lasagne)
  • spinach pasta (lasagne)
  • spinach
  • tomatos
  • tomato sauce
  • cheddar
  • mozzarella
  • skimmed milk 
  • cream
  • humus
  • basil

Hi gals and the few guys,
you remember the chickpea tuna dip? I will use the rest of it today!


The (holy) ingredients:


First step: Precook the past until it's almost al dente.


Don't let them stick together.


I use a vegetable stock.


Second step: Cut your pasta layers.


 ... take a ofenproof dish ...


... pour in milk ...


 ... first layer is spinach pasta ...


 ... take some humus ...


... and spread it ...


... add a new spinach pasta layer ...

 ... add tomato sauce ...


 ... and a few slices of tomato ...


 ... guess what ... the next pasta layer ...


 ... add spinach ...


 ... add pasta ...
 

... add tomato sauce ...


 ... and a few slices of tomato ...


... add pasta and spinach ...


... add the next pasta layer ...


  ... add tomato sauce and a few slices of tomato ...


... add pasta ...


 ... add humus, spread it ...


 ... add a spinach pasta layer ...


 ... add spinach ...


 ... add cheddar cheese ...


 ... add mozzarellla ...


 ... take a picture ...


 ... add cream ...


 ... wash basil ...


 ... put the lasagne in the oven ... ~ 20 min @ 200°C + 5 min grill


 ... take some pictures ...


 ... again ...


 ... and again ...


... remember the basil ...
