Pizza




Ingredients:
  • frozen pizza dough
  • olive oil
  • garlic powder
  • herbs of province
  • oregano
  • tomato sauce
  • buffalo mozzarella


the frozen dough after 12h @ 21°C


use a rolling pin

add olive oil


drizzle

drizzle

drizzle


ready

steady

go!     ~4min @ 230°C

meanwhile ... cut the buffalo mozzarella
it's blistering





let it "explode"


and remove the bubbles


add the tomato sauce


add what you like

~7 min @ 180°C
