I tried to make a pulled chicken ...
I took a chicken breast, added bbq sauce, put it in a bag, removed the air and dropped it into water. That was about 2h 45min ago. The temperatur was between 75°C (167°F)and 80°C (176°F). Do you think it's ready? It was ready. Next time I will reduce the temperatur to 70°C after 30 min.
